Hi Peter,

This is a topic that has been covered in detail, it would appear, at:

http://www.plmsc.psu.edu/~www/matsc597/vectors/introduction/node3.html

I've only browsed through it lightly, but it appears to be quite detailed. In fact,
I'll probably take a concentrated look at it myself one day soon.

This won't hold your hand, or give you any code you can use, but it's a shame for you
to continue to think that you are BAD at either math or physics. These ARE basic
fundamentals to which we should all expose ourselves to one degree or another. If they
seem difficult, it is because they are difficult; and I can't give you any encouragement
by saying that they get easier as you get older. If anything, with the gray matter's
insistence on functioning at a somewhat slower rate, learning the concepts may seem even
more difficult with the passing of time.

HTH,

Joe Wilkins
