I apologize if this issue has been covered either here or on the beta list
but I'm so frustrated...

9 times out of 10 when I run from source, with or without the debugger, and
also when I run a built app, without the debugger, as the program "starts",
that is after the "compiling" dialog goes away, the app crashes into MacsBug
with the following display...

Mixed Mode Error - CFM couldn't prepare pef in resource, CFM err #-2806,
^<an address which is different each time>

I'm running what was distributed on the Release 3 CD; system 9.0.4;
compiling for PPC.

What is going on? Since it runs sometimes but not others when the source
code is the same I question whether it's anything I'm doing. Restarting does
not necessarily make the problem go away nor does exiting FB and starting
over.

I'm really getting frustrated with this environment.
