Tedd,

Ask them if they have GoClick from Terry Morse installed either as program
or beta.

Something in that html / printer driver killed my program Compositor at
startup.

The person noted that changing back to a default printer driver allowed my
program to run.

Have them do a restart without extensions also  if you haven't suggested
that already.
