Spanish - no question.
Job opportunities are multiplied for those with very good 2nd or 3rd
language skills. You should learn another language to interact with the
large populations where American business will provide services in the
next 10-20 years. That is Mexico, Central and South America and the
growing US spanish speaking community (also Asia but those languages
were not on your list, and they are much more difficult for english
speaking persons).
Most good technical books will be written or translated into english.

Many years ago, I learned french. I don't use it much. Even for trips to
Paris, the French are happy to speak to me in english since their
language skills are so much better than mine. On the other hand, I could
use spanish on my more frequent trips to Mexico and just day to day life
here in Dallas.
