What you ask isn't trivial -- however, there is a solution.

Check out my site and you'll find some code there entitled "tedd's 
Text Rotate Demo". Therein is the code to rotate code at any angel 
for both printer and screen.

 From there, you need to figure out where you want to place your characters.
