Ken, (and others offlist who have responded)

The multiple listing has disappeared with just:

IF gFontPopHndl& THEN  Call DISPOSEMENU(gFontPopHndl&): gFontPopHndl& = 0

after any window close for the dialog.

It isn't in the menu bar so anything else isn't needed.
