Does anyone have a copy of, or know where to find, any documentation at all
on what is necessary to use Apple's MIDI Manager software, circa 1995-etc.

It is non-supported now, and the developer site lists no documentation at
all for it.

Wondering if anyone has anything lurking around somewhere from that era.
