i figured i'd already done enough stirring though...       ;+)

you can probably print your .pdf's in 2-up form directly,
as well, without going through edoc, but i guess i'm not
completely clear on everything you're trying to do...

p.s.  i'm still happy to tell y'all how you can re-format 
the futurebasic manuals for better useability, though,
but somebody's gonna have to ask outright for it...        ;+)
