via the listserve and its subscribers.

i'll be the "good cop" who helps them, or 
tells them why it can't be done, sorry,
and everyone else here can be the "bad copy"
who berates them for not upgrading to fb3.
we can do that, right, everyone?        :+)

customers who want more help can buy
"additional support from staz software"
by paying your reasonable fee of $99/year...

or better yet, flip those, and charge 'em
$99 for the product, with a _special_
1st-year tech-support price of just $39.95.
