Yup, a lawyer is involved, along with child-labor laws and the legal
inability of minors to enter into a contractual arrangement such as a
nondisclosure agreement.  While the young man's tone (and that of the
article) puts Apple in a bad light, the company's hands are legally tied.

Another case of unintended consequences.
