contrary to some vicious and untrue rumors you might have been exposed to, :+) i have indeed programmed a good number of electronic-book authoring tools, and i'll be telling you all about them in coming days, including how to use them for f.b. purposes. next up is "book-macway" -- b-mw for short -- and i _will_ continue making modifications to it to enable it to handle archives from this listserve. you'll be able to simply drag-n-drop larry's archive files on b-mw, and it will automagically process the messages, transparently formatting each one for individual handling, and then acting as the delivery vehicle for browsing them. it's hard to imagine how e-book authoring could get any easier. i'll let you know when it's soup yet... :+) -bowerbird p.s. bill or ross, would it be kosher for me to include the function junction routines in a copy of b-mw for people here? p.p.s. i've also got a 303-line improved version of "rat", the text-based authoring-tool i posted over the weekend, so backchannel me if you'd like to see that little baby...
