If an application is carbon compliant, is it OS X compatible? Will the 
application behave the same on OS X and OS 9?

When converting my PG project to run with the carbon compile, should I be 
testing after booting OS X? Should I program in the classic environment of OS 
X or is it better to convert to carbon in OS 9?
