This may not be the exact solution, but, it works for me...

1. Launch FutureBASIC
2. Remove .HelpTolz 95 from the tools menu using the Tool Manager
3. Quit FutureBASIC

4. In the Finder, navigate to the HelpTolz 95 file and move it to
desktop
5. Launch FutureBASIC and open HELPTolz.164.MAIN
6. Build
7. Using Tool Manager, add the new HelpTolz 95 file to the tools menu
8. Quit

Launch FutureBASIC
{should be ok now}

If it works, trash the HelpTolz 95 file on the desktop. If not, well,
here is a solution from Frank posted last year...

Subject: Re: Lost SubMenu in FB Help menu

I suspect you are having a menu ID conflict. I ran into that when I was
creating the Help menu code itself. You might try re-compiling the Help
code (should be in the FB example tools folder) after assigning a new
menu ID number to the Help menu itself. That might fix your problems
until another conflict occurs.

Hope this helps -- Frank
