Hi Everyone,

I ported the Display Manager calls for switching resolution and they seem
to work, however FN DMSetDisplayMode wants something called a Display
State handle.  Anyone know what this is?  Since apple changed their
website, I haven't been able to find the volume of inside mac that might
have this info.

Also as a side question, how do I find the current state of the monitor
(for switching back) specifically the length, width and bit depth?
