To make this kinda-FB related: ABout Rick's post of tool ideas, I liked
the one about printing out information about the Mac for tech support, and
suggest one area to service wit hthis tool: Internet setup. All those
DNS#s and gateways, etc. are very easy to screw up, and having a printout
to look at yourself or sned to your ISP would be a great boost.
