Now that graduation is 1.5 weeks away, it's about time for me to determine
the computer that's going to kick off my college career.  I've found one of
these almost too good to be true deals and am looking around for any
potential catches.  So if anyone knows anything about any of the below,
good or bad, please email me privately.

The computer: Power Macintosh 4400/200/DOS.  (603e, 32/2.0; Cyrix 6x86/166, 16)

The monitor: ViewSonic E771 17"

The vendor: Digitek (www.macstuff.net)

I'm aware of the advice of many to buy nothing less than, say, a G3.
However, this computer looks particularly tempting, as it will run MacOS up
to (and hopefully including?) MacOS X, as well as Be, Rhapsody, and linux,
where the G3's won't run Be and have troubles with linux.  And it'll also
run Windoze, for those times when I need to (ick) do some programming work
on that side.

Also, does anyone know if I could get linux to work on the PC side of that
computer?  Or if the PC side will stay running even if I have to
cmd-ctl-power the mac side?
