"Monolith" internet has something called "dyn dns" or something like that,
which lets you hook your dynamic ip to a static name. Then just use the
static name to access the other computer. They have software to download
that'll make sure the monolith machine knows which ip you're at.

The address is www.ml.org

And typical dyn names would be something like fred.ml.org or yurka.ml.org.
They have another service which does "auto redirection", you don't want
that...
