There's a sample in the Handbook folder called CopyFiles.Bas, although some
have expressed concerns about it not parsing chunks of memory for large copy
operations, but it works well with normal to small sized files as long as you
have enough free RAM in your app. heap.

It wouldn't be hard to modify for large files in a limited free RAM environment.
