I would if I could, but it belongs to the company I used to work for. 
Besides which, it's not very modular--the RTF-reading part of the
program is tightly interwoven with the rest of the program, and it would
be difficult to tease them apart to make a general-purpose "RTF-reading
module."

But I may tackle something like that some day, in my copious free time
(LOL).
