Yes, in resedit choose "Set Alert Stage Info" from the "ALRT" menu when you're
editing the ALRT and set all the controls from the default 1 to 0. That might
sound confusing but it's really easy- open the alert window editor (not the
ALRT itself where you edit the controls), choose the Stage Info item from the
ALRT menu and you'll see boxes with 1's in them- click on the 0's.
