What these folks need is a flight simulator where the airplane on the
screen is controlled by the two flight control sticks (throttle/rudder
and elevator/aileron) on a radio-control (RC) transmitter box
(typically Futaba), connected via cable to the computer. Such systems
are available in PC world, but are not available on Macs.
